I'm an Animation Director, IP Creator and story specialist with 20+ years of experience developing and directing animated series for international broadcast, directing over 200+ episodes - from the BAFTA nominated pre-school 'Little Princess' - through to creating and directing RTS & BAA award winning 'The Rubbish World of Dave Spud' 
I believe children's storytelling can be funny whilst still being surreal, intelligent, inclusive and deeply felt. I also believe music and sound design can be truly lift an idea to be exciting and find its tone - and not settle for 'that'll do'. I work with studio's and broadcasters to bring strong character and emotionally grounded storytelling to life - with lots of heart and humour. I also mentor the next generation of creators and storytellers through tutoring, fun workshops, masterclasses and creative development guidance.

Based near London with my fat cat, Chorleywood, thats the location not the name of the cat! i'm open to remote, hybrid or on-site working.

I help production teams create, shape, pitch and deliver character driven series with humour and heart - from the initial idea - adaptation through script development and notes - casting and voice direction - animation production - sound and music lay - through to airing and merchandise approvals.
